It’s Saturday . (方法是:老师取出一本日历,从星期日开始练起,回答一组撕掉一张,直至星期六)
2、老师出示一张图片并介绍说:
Look ! What are they doing ? (他们在干什么呢?)They are playing . This is Tom .
He is jump rope . This is Mike . He is playing volleyball . Oh , they are Tom’s classmates .
They are playing football .(教师指着图片上玩悠悠球的男孩问)Who’s that boy ? (That’s …)
What is he doing ? 同时老师告诉学生这个句子的意思。这样学生会说:他在玩悠悠球。老师可以马上说:Ah , yes , he is playing with a yo-yo . 当介绍这张图片时,老师可以拿一个悠悠球边玩边说:This is a yo-yo . I an playing with a yo-yo .
3、老师放课文录音,让学生听音复述。老师最后完整地介绍一遍这段对话,并将重点句子写在黑板上。
What day is it today ?
It’s Tuesday .
What is he doing ?
He is jumping rope.
Playing volleyball.
Playing with a yo-yo .
Let’s join him .
4、讲述现在进行时态的用法和结构:当我们描绘当前人正在做某事时,我们用be+动词的现在分词来构成进行时态,其中be有人称、数的变化,还会有时态的变化。
三、巩固练习
1、听录音,跟读课文。
2、老师领读黑板上的重点句型。
3、放录音,让学生跟读第20页的新单词和词组。
4、让学生两人一组练习新对话。
四、作业
1、反复听课本上第19、20页的内容,并跟读。
2、做《活动手册》第IV题:答案:2、1、5、4、7、3、6

本节课重点练习对星期的提问:What day is it today ? 这个句型,及一周7天的表达方法。并会熟练Sunday , Monday , Tuesday , Wednesday , Thursday , Friday , Saturday 的读和写. 本课重点练习对话:What day is it today ? It’s Sunday , Monday , Tuesday , Wednesday , Thursday , Friday , Saturday … 和 What is he (she ) doing ? He is jumping rope.
Playing volleyball. Playing with a yo-yo . …
由于时间原因,练习较少。让学生利用课余时间多做练习和替换练习。多让学生听课文录音并跟读。
