　　3．so 的用法：

　　1）作副词，表示程度。意为“如此，这么”。常用在形容词或副词前。

　　如：so lovely(如此可爱) so beautiful(如此漂亮) so fast(这么快)

　　2）作连词。意为“因此”。用来连接并列句。

　　如：It was late, so we went home.（天晚了，因此我们回家了。）

　　4. 西方国家送礼与受礼的风俗

　　在西方，如果别人请你到家里吃饭，通常你应该带一点礼物前往，但礼物不必太贵重，一瓶葡萄酒、一束鲜花或是一小瓶送给女主人的香水即可。

　　在西方，如果别人送你礼物，你不能按照中国人的习惯将礼物放置一边，等客人走后再看，而是应该当场就拆看礼物，并表示喜爱和感谢。
