　　1. As the local people of Zhouzhuang, the N0.1 water town in China. What will you say when you meet foreigners in the street during the New Year’s Day.

　　2. Listen to the tape, and review the text.

　　3. Do a survey: What do people usually do on New Year’s Day.

　　In order to bring out Ss potential for learning, I shall design some kinds of open questions. The assignment encourages Ss to speak more English and to brush up what they have just learned.

　　Anyway, everything is designed in the light of the “Oxford English concept”: education for students’ personal development. For instance, I will try my best, to do the best.
