　　Today I鈥檓 going to talk about my ideas on teaching Unit9 Happy New Year of Oxford English 1A.

　　First, I鈥檇 like to say something about the teaching content and the aims of the lesson.

　　We know that Oxford English offers ample language input covering a wide range of subjects. The topics are well organized focusing on the students鈥� world, as well as Unit9 Happy New Year.

　　The aims of the lesson are:

　　2. Practical skills: Students develop their listening and speaking skills, cooperative skills and communicative skill.

　　3. Personal development: Students鈥� sense of cooperation and competition.
