5、Listen to Gogo’s story, then ask the students to answer some questions to the story. （设计意图：加强学生听的能力。《开心学英语》整套书都是围绕Gogo’s story展开，我把第五和第六册有关出现过去式的内容，以 Gogo’s summer holiday串在一起，让学生有温故知新的效果，也为下一步叫学生写文章起到一个model的作用。）
6、Write your story about “last summer holiday” and tell it to the teachers or your friend. （设计意图：让学生再次展示自己，升华，并内化为能力，目的也是锻炼学生的写和说的能力。叫写好的学生把他/她的故事说给听课的老师或朋友听，也是锻炼他们的胆量，因为英语是一门交际语言，需要的是语境与大胆地说。）
7、Summing up（ Groups work）。 （设计意图：通过学生自己，即学习小组合作总结，去检查和巩固本节课所学的知识。）
Step 4、Homework: Visit your friend , and then write down your friend’s story. （设计意图：学以致用，体现英语的最终本质：交际性。）
