教学目标：
语言知识目标
1.学习单词：moon，shine，its，sun，people，real等。
2.学习there be句型的一般疑问句形式及其肯定回答和否定回答。
3.学唱歌曲：Twinkle，Twinkle，Little Star。
4.学习陈述句的基本语调。
5.功能：询问某处是否有某物或某人。
语言技能目标
1.能就月球的有关知识开展简单的交流。
2.能就民间传说简单叙述有关月球的故事。
3.能根据图片或情景正确使用there be的句型进行问答活动。
情感态度
帮助学生初步了解月球的基本情况，激发学生探索宇宙奥秘的好奇心。
教具准备：
1.单词卡片：moon，shine，its，sun，people，real等。
2.录音机或教学光盘。
教学过程：
Step 1Warming up
1.师生互致问候。
2.师生一起边做动作，边唱歌曲：In the Classroom。
Step 2Review
1.教师向全班说：鈥淭his is our classroom.It鈥檚 clean and bright.What can you see in the classroom?鈥澮佳醚Ч木湫蚑here is a鈥n the classroom.和There are some鈥n the classroom.来描述教室中的物品，复习there be句型。
2.教师播放录音，欣赏歌曲：Twinkle，Twinkle，Little Star。
3.揭示课题。
（1）教师出示一幅有关宇宙的图，说：鈥淭his is the universe.This is the sun.This is the moon.These are stars.They are all in the universe.Today let鈥檚 talk about the universe.鈥澖淌Ρ咚当咛鲈铝痢⑻艉托切堑耐计�
（2）板书课题：Unit 8The UniversePart A，并教学单词universe。
Step 3Presentation
（一）学习单词moon和sun。
1.教师指着黑板上月亮的图反复说：鈥淭he moon.鈥澢胙萁淌Φ姆⒁簦⑹宰判闯龅ゴ剩淌υ谕枷滦闯鰐he moon，并请学生读一读。
2.教师指着黑板上太阳的图说：鈥淭he sun.鈥澆⒊鍪镜ゴ士ㄆ胙党鲡�溙翕�澋氖樾捶椒ā�
3.告诉学生鈥溙翕�澓外�溤铝菱�澏际鞘澜缟隙酪晃薅氖挛铮虼耍懊嬉佣ü诖蕋he。
（二）学习课文第一幅图的对话。
1.教师指着黑板上的鈥溤铝菱�澦担衡�淟ook at the moon.It鈥檚 so bright.Does it shine？鈥澇鍪緎hine 的单词卡片，让学生明白其意思。
2.教师播放课文录音或CD-ROM，学生边听边小声模仿跟读。
3.请学生回答问题，然后在月亮图下写出：It doesn鈥檛 shine.并学习句子。
4.教师再次提出问题：鈥淚t doesn鈥檛 shine.But it鈥檚 so bright.Why?鈥澢胙鍪橹械木渥樱篒ts light comes from the sun.
（1）出示单词it，it鈥檚 和its，请学生读一读，并理解它们的意义及用法。
（2）出示单词bright和light，比较学习这两个单词。
（3）在鈥溙翕�澓外�溤铝菱�澩贾屑浠桓黾牛谙呱闲闯觯篒ts light comes from，然后引导学生看图复述课文第一段内容，如：This is the moon.This is the sun.The moon is so bright.But it doesn鈥檛 shine.Its light comes from the sun.
（三）学习课文第二、三幅图。
1.教师出示一幅鈥滄隙鸨荚骡�澋耐计担衡�淟ook at this picture.This is a Chinese story.The story is about a beautiful woman and a rabbit.They live on the moon.Are they real？鈥澖淌Ρ咚当咴谕寂园迨椋篊hinese story，woman，rabbit，trees，real等词汇。
2.教学单词real，然后请学生自读课文，找出答案：They aren鈥檛 real.
3.学习there be 句型的一般疑问句形式及其回答。
（1）教师指着图上的人物说：鈥淎re there any people on the moon？鈥澅咚当咴诤诎迳系ゴ蕎oman上面贴出卡片people，并在卡片前写Are there，在卡片后写on the moon？并教学单词和句子。
（2）在问句旁写出No，there aren鈥檛.并教学。
（3）用同样的方法学习Is there鈥n the moon？No，there isn鈥檛.
（4）游戏鈥斺�擶hat鈥檚 in the bag？
游戏规则：教师出示一个装有学习用品的袋子，告诉学生：鈥淭here is something in the bag.What is it？Can you guess？鈥澢胙茫篒s there鈥n the bag？来猜测，给猜中的学生所在组加分。以此类推，还可以用水果、食物、学生的教科书等进行游戏活动。
（四）熟读课文对话。
1.教师播放课文录音或CD-ROM二至三遍，学生模仿跟读。
2.分角色诵读对话。

（五）巩固活动。
1.请学生翻开课本第58页，同桌合作，交换问答，完成Look and say.部分。
2.选词填空。

B:No，there.
（2）Theresome pupils in the playground.
（3）A: there any books on the bag?

3.学唱歌曲：Twinkle，Twinkle，Little Star。
（1）教师带读歌词，并帮助学生理解歌词。
（2）播放录音，学生倾听，熟悉旋律。
（3）逐句学唱歌曲。
4.学说韵律诗：The Moon。
（1）教师出示鈥溤铝菱�澋耐计担衡�淚n the night，we can see the moon in the sky.It鈥檚 round.It鈥檚 bright.What does it look like？It looks like a big silver spoon.鈥�
（2）教学韵律诗：The Moon。
The Moon月亮
Oh，look at the moon.哦，瞧那月亮，
Like a big silver spoon.像一把大银勺，
So round and so bright,又圆又亮，
In the sky,挂在天上，
In the night.挂在夜空中。
（3）教师播放录音，学生认真听，熟悉韵律和节奏。
（4）教师再次播放录音，学生逐句跟读。
（六）语音学习。
1.请学生看课本第58页的Listen and learn the English sounds.根据升降调符号，读一读单词。
2.教师播放录音，学生模仿跟读。
3.教师告诉学生，人们说话时，音调时高时低，时轻时重，时急时缓，犹如跌宕起伏的波浪。如果语调平直，没有起伏感，听起来呆板乏味，不能恰当的表达思想和情感。
4.同桌对练，互相纠正语音、语调。
5.请个别学生朗读句子。
Step 4Extension
综合活动：我的家。
1.出示下列表格。
