  课前准备:

  收集与联合国有关的图片与文字资料。

  预习本课课文。

  教学课题:

  新标准英语三起点第七册第九模块第一单元Do you want to visit the UN building.

  教学目标:

  (一)知识目标

  1.学习并掌握“Do you want to visit the UN building?”、和“I want to„”的表达方法;

  2.能够听懂、会读课文;

  3.能学会运用所学的句子说明可能要做的事情并对计划进行调查。

  4.通过学习能够对联合国有一定的了解和认识。

  (二)能力目标

  1.通过学习培养学生的观察能力与理解能力。

  2.在各种训练活动中,培养学生运用语言的能力;

  (三)情感目标

  1.通过学习,增强学生的对世界联合国的认识;

  2.渗透爱国、爱世界,做一个对祖国,对世界都有用的人;

  教材分析:

  本单元的教学内容是一篇关于Simon向Daming 介绍联合国和联合国大厦的对话。主要围绕D am ing在美国的见闻这一主题,谈论可能要做的事情的话题。主要是want to的学习运用,通过本单元的学习,进一步复习巩固一般现在时等以前学习的内容;扩展学习谈论可能要做的事情的话题。同时,使学生了解联合国的由来,培养学生热爱祖国、热爱和平的高尚品德以及具有远大的理想。

  教学方法:

  情景教学法,TPR教学法,游戏教学法

  教学过程:

  一、Free talk

  First , let’s have a free talk. Hello!Hi!How are you? Nice to meet you!

  二、Warmer.

  Let the students sing the song “Walking walking”。

  三、Leading-in.

  T: Let’s play a game:I do you say.老师做动作学生说,如play basketball ,swimming ,read books等。What do you want to do?让学生边做动作边说。

  T:I have some pictures .Let’s have a look.出示四张著名景点的图片。  T:I want to visit the Great Wall .Where do you want to visit?让学生看图片说出I want to visit„

  四、Learn the new words and sentances.

  T: Boys and girls ,I’ll introduce a friend to you ,look!大屏幕呈现超人,并播放录音:Hello!I am superman .I want to visit China. Can you help me?

  T: Let’s give him some advice. Like this : Superman ,do you want to visit the Great Wall?学生练习之后出示超人,并播放录音:Thanks for your help .I am from America .Do you want to visit America? T: I have four pictures, let’s have a look. Where do you want to go?大屏幕呈现三幅图片

  T: Look!

  I want to visit here: the UN building .学习并领读。

  T: Boys and girls,let‟s visit the UN building with superman, OK? Ss: OK!

  出示超人

  What’s this? Flags .there are so many flags. Look, here is a flag from China.There are flags from all around the world.出示图片

  大屏幕出示单词show,并学习。

  T: Show your book,please!

  Show your pen,please. Superman will show a present? What is it? Look!It’s a train. Look at here,it says :from the People’s Republic of China ,1974.In1974,China gives the train to the UN.并解释这段历史。

  今天,许多到美国旅游的中国人都会参观纽约联合国总部,在这里,他们会发现,中国赠送给联合国的第一件礼物,是一座关于铁路的雕塑。这是象牙雕成的成昆铁路。它与美国的月球陨石、前苏联的人造卫星并列!为了制作这高1.1m宽1.95m的雕塑,铁道部曾开了一趟专列带着雕刻家沿着成昆铁路走了一圈,用于采风 .这座象牙雕用八支象牙雕成,98个人雕刻了两年多,工艺的精湛令人赞叹。你甚至可以看到刻在火车里的细小人物。 它被喻为人类探索建筑三大成就之一。

  T: It’s so beautifull. I want to take a photo.大屏幕出示take a photo并学习。 Great! I think it’s a fantastic present.We should thank superman.齐说:thank you,superman. 课件出示超人

  五、Learn the dialogue.

  (1)Boys and girls,Daming Simon and Simon‟s father visit the UN building,let‟s listen and underline the sentences with want to.

  (2)Let‟s listen and follow then answer the questions.

  1.Where is the UN?

  2.How many countries are there in the UN that time?

  3.What do the countries of the UN want to do?

  4.What‟s the present from China? 5.Does Daming like the present?

  (3)Listen and repeat then make a role-play.

  六、Talk about the winter holiday.

  Boys and girls ,winter holiday is coming .What do you want to do ,please talk about it with your deskmates.

  七、The world needs peaceful,listen thensong.

  China is beautiful .The world is beautiful. We can study ,we can play ,we can sing ,we can dance .I wish there is no war in the world .We need peaceful life .We need do something for our country and the world. So let‟s show our love and make the world a better place ,OK ? Now let‟s listen a song ,it‟s from Michecle Jackson, „Heal the world”
