  教学目标:

  1、知识目标

  (1)全体学生能听懂Chinese people invented paper.He invented this bicycle.

  (2)能写出1—2句本模块相关语句

  (3)了解中国四大发明个西方国家的重要发明

  2、能力目标 用英语描述invent句型和位置介绍

  3、情感目标 了解中国古代四大发明和西方国家的重要发明,进一步注意到中外文化的异同。

  4、学习策略目标 乐于接触外国文化,增强爱国意识

  教学重点:

  Chinese people invented........句型

  教学难点:

  用beside 、between、 in front of 来描述位置

  教学准备:

  PPT、动物头套道具、音频材料

  教学过程:

  一、Warming up

  小测单词和学生英语小故事演讲

  T:Good afternoon everyone.

  S: Good afternoon teacher.

  T:Now please clap your hands and chant together.

  T:You are so clever.Sit down please.

  【设计意图:单词快速闪现让学生复习上节课的单词】

  T:Very good,today I will divide you into 4 groups.The winner today will get a prize.

  Step 1:

  T:Today we are going to learn M4U1 Chinese people invented paper.

  T:What does this word mean?

  S:纸 T:You are so clever.Now read after me:paper.(分组朗读,并one by one 朗读)

  【设计意图:学习新单词paper,让学生反复朗读记住paper读音。you are so clever为本课句型提前呈现,在语境中方便学生记忆】

  S: paper T:Yes,Chinese people invented paper中国人发明了纸 (点击invented超链接)

  T:invent 发明,过去时加ed——invented。Read after me(反复操练invent 发音)

  【设计意图:学习新单词invent并掌握过去式invented。联想/v/的发音加深invent发音记忆。从单词延伸到invent句型】

  Step2:

  listen,point and say

  T:Now I have some questions for you.What’s this?

  S:boat/bike.

  T:Now watch the video and find out the answer What’s this?

  T:Now who can tell me the answer?

  S:It’s a boat and it’s a bike too.

  T:And who invented it? S:The cat.

  T:Yes,the cat says:I invented it.Read after me.

  S:I invented it. T:You are so clever.Read after me.

  S:You are so clever.

  T:Now I will give you 1min to read this article,and the I will invite some of you to read it.

  Step 3

  listen point and find “invented”。

  T:Who is she?

  S:Ms Smart.

  T:Yes,she is Ms Smart.我们来看看Ms Smart的一节课。

  Now watch the video,please clap your hands when you hear “invented”。

  S:Chinese people invented many important things.

  T:Yes,important 重要的。Read after me.

  S:important people.

  T:very good.很重要 very important.Now I have a question for you.VIP 是什么单词的缩写?

  S:very important people.

  T:very good,现在我指哪一个短语你们就读哪一个。

  S:Chinese people invented paper.Chinese people invented printing too.

  S:分组、男女读课文

  【设计意图:用问题将课文分成几个部分,一步步学习课文重点。在中间不断穿插you are so clever的说法,让学生反复记忆。】

  T:我们已经知道了印刷术printing 和造纸术paper,那么大家知道另外2大发明是什么

  S:指南针和火药

  T:Very good,我们来简单了解一下。(简单介绍)

  【设计意图:课外知识拓展,了解中国四大发明并和本课学习的两个发明做一个连接。】

  T:Now listen and fill in the blank. (播放录音)

  T:Who can tell me the answer?

  S: We print our class newspaper and books yesterday.

  T:Super.newspaper,报纸 read after me.

  S:newspaper

  T:Where is it?粗心的Sam 把他弄丢了。

  S:It’s between the chairs. T:Read this sentence.

  S:分组、男女读

  【设计意图:男女分读操练不断反复操练加深课文印象。】

  T:Between,在。。。之间。Where is it.

  A is between B and C. T:现在我们来用between 造句。

  (简笔画,苹果、鸡蛋/男人、女人)

  S:The apple is between the eggs. The man is between the women.

  【设计意图:学习方位介词,用生活中的物品来简单摆放位置学习。并通过游戏操练,达到能让学生用英语描述位置的目的。】

  T:Very good.Now watch the video again.然后我们来为它配音

  【设计意图:最后再复习一次全课文,通过朗读不仅能唤醒记忆还能巩固新单词发音的记忆。】
