小学英语五年级上册《My New Teacher》第一课时教案

　　教学目标：

　　1、能听、说、读、写单词：tall, short ,strong, old, thin

　　2、能听、说、读的 单词young, funny, kind

　　3、能听、说、读、写句型：Who’s your...?He/She is...What’s he/she like? He/She’s...并能在需要时准确、自由地运用。

　　教学重点：

　　掌握Let’s learn部分的单词：old, short, thin, tall, strong, young, funny, kind。要求学生能结合所给句型能替换关键词，并逐步学会听、说、读、写单词：tall, short, strong, old, thin。

　　教学难点：

　　Let’s start的学习，教师在教学过程中可以把其作为单词教学的铺垫，利用所提供的对话和情景，以旧引新。

　　教具准备：

　　教师照片及其他特点明显人物的图片、单词卡片，教学挂图

　　预习题纲：

　　1、利用三年级学过的句型：“It has a long nose and a short tail. It’s so funny！”并结合动物的图片，引导学生复习strong ,tall, short ,long, big, small等词，并利用这些形容词来描述动物的外部特征。

　　2、了解一下本学期有没有新老师或新同学。

　　教学过程：

　　一、Warm-up

　　1、师生交流。

　　T: Who’s on duty today?

　　S1: Me, Linda.

　　T: Is everyone here? Do we have classmates in this term？

　　L：Yes（No）。

　　T: Really? Who are they?

　　T: Do you have new teacher this term? Who are they?

　　Ss: Yes. They are...

　　如果没有新老师可以利用Let’s start 导入新课。

　　二、导入新课

　　学习Let’s learn

　　（1）出示Let’s Learn部分的挂图，向学生介绍说：They are Sarah’s teachers. Describe these teachers. 引导学生结合预习部分回答出He ’s strong /tall/short /thin等旧词。

　　（2）出示准备好的实物图片教授新词：young, kind, old, funny。

　　（3）教师可持单词卡领读单词，逐步让学生掌握正确的读音。

　　（4）观察Let’s learn的配图，判断会话中描述的是哪位教师：Mr. Hu

　　is the art teacher. What’s he like? He’s short and thin.

　　（5）利用Let’s learn提供的替换句型：Who’s your art teacher ?

　　Mr Hu. What’s he like? He’s short and thin.描述Sarah的其他的两位新老师，练习巩固所学的新词。

　　三、 操练

　　1、完成Let’s find out

　　指导学生用所学的新词和句型描述Let’s find out四位老师的的体貌特征，然后找出正确的图片。

　　2、利用准备好的照片或图片继续进行结对或小组活动，如：My new P.E teacher is tall and strong. Who is he? 让其他学生选出正确的图片。

　　3.Let’s sing

　　教师放歌曲“My New Teacher”的录音，学生跟唱，进一步在音乐节奏中感知新词。

　　四、巩固与延伸

　　1、完成相对应的配套练习。

　　2、背过并书写四会单词。
