  教学难点:

  能用“Why …?”对不理解的事情进行询问并回答。

  课件,点读笔,光盘,单词卡

  教学过程:

  Step 1 Greeting

  T: Hello, boys and girls.

  S: Hello, teacher.

  T: Welcome to our English class again.

  Step 2 lead in

  1.listening practice

  Listen and say the words you hear.

  2.listen and read

  3.Read together.

  Step 3 presentation

  Free talk---Look and say .

  T: Look, what are they doing?

  S: They are playing basketball.

  T: what is he doing?

  S: He is playing baseball.

  2.T:Sam,and his friends are going to play baseball. Now open your book.Look at these pictures, What are they doing?

  S: They are laughing.

  3. Listen and answer.

  Q1:Why do they have cups on their heads?

  Q2:Why are they laughing?

  Q3:What’s in Sam’s bag?

  Q4:What did they do at last?

  Listen and repeat

  Step4 Practice.

  1.Fill in the blanks.

  2. Retell the story.

  3. Ask and answer.

  A:Why are you laughing?

  B: Because I’m happy.

  Step5:Homework

  a. Read the text fluently , copy the tape as possible as you can.

  b. Make sentences with three new words.
